NEWS CENTER (DİHA) - Releasing a statement to mark the approaching Eid al-Fitr, or "Ramazan Bayramı" in Turkish, Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) Executive Council Co-Presidency called on the whole Islamic world to display solidarity with the people of Rojava and Palestine who are welcoming the Ramadan Feast in clash and war environment.

KCK said those who are trampling on all values of moral civilization under the mask of Islam, such as ISIS, harmed Islam more than anti-Islam circles, and described these Islamic groups as "provocators introduced into Islam". Pointing out that it is an order of Islam's rules of peace, justice and brotherhood to say stop to the provocative powers that are polluting Islam and the islamic geography in the name of Islam, KCK said those triggering sectarian tension are attacking the Rojava peoples who are fighting for freedom and democracy.

'What peoples of Middleast need today is to understand Islam correctly'

KCK remarked that the present tension in the Middle East has something to do with the capitalist modernist mindset, reminding that peoples of different identities and beliefs,Syriacs, Assyrians, Keldanis, Armenians, Ezidis, used to live together, in peace and mutual respect until two centuries ago when capitalist modernity entered the lands of the Middle East. "What the peoples of the Middle East need today is to understand Islam correctly, and to enable it to live as a manner of belief and life consistent with its history and essence", KCK underlined and said the Middle East has the potential and capacity to re-lead the world culture with its sentimental and material value today.

KCK ended its stament by calling on the whole Islamic world to display solidarity with the people of Rojava and Palestine, and to defeat the Islamic powers attacking the people of Rojava under the mask of Islam and the zionist aggressors subjecting the people of Palestine to pain.
