House raids in Şırnak: 8 children, 22 youths detained

Police broke doors
Special ops police officers raided several houses in Şırnak this morning and detained 30 people, 8 of whom are children. Armored vehicles accompanied the 3 am raids where police broke the doors and the windows of the houses they attacked. The simultaneous operation targeted YDG-H members in Şırnak and Silopi.
Some of the detainees are as follows: "Vedat Ercan, Sıdık Yorgun, Erkan Öğmen, Serhat Öğmen, Rıdvan Acar, Ramazan Kaplan, Metin Külter, Kenan İnan, Ebubekir Nemdar, Ebubekir Çevik, Celal Alış, Bedri Ercan, Ayhan Kılınç, Akın Birdal Acar, Kasım Kanar, Kemal Birlik, Rojdar Umaç, Serhat Çoban, Sertaç Sondak, Sertaç Sapmaz, Serkan Sümbül, Faysal Ercan, Sabri Ercan, Zeki İnal and Ömer Sapmaz".
After their health examination in Şırnak State Hospital, the 30 detainnes were taken to police headquarters.
Meanwhile, the number of detainees in the city's Silopi district rose to 17.
